Relais
Relais province of Venice
Ca’ Carminati was the name of this site, boasting centuries of history, where a meticulous restoration has enhanced the charm of its original rural style. As a testament to the historic villages of the Venetian hinterland, the structure has always had a hospitality vocation. It once served as lodging for laborers working on the surrounding estates. The village, dating back to the 1500s, originally consisted of a manor house (unfortunately destroyed during World War II), a small church that was demolished around the 1960s, and two barns—one of which still houses the relais and restaurant today. Modern comforts, seamlessly integrated without altering the distinctive features of a historic building, complement the tranquility and natural beauty of the Venetian countryside.
THE RELAIS CONCEPT
A valuable conservative restoration of a historic building in the Venetian countryside led us to create Relais Do Ciacole.
Our vision has always been to enhance and preserve the beauty of what our history and our people have built over the centuries. We focus on eco-sustainability and environmental respect, including architectural conservation. A significant portion of our energy is produced through photovoltaic panels and solar systems for hot water production. Additional measures improve heat dispersion and thermal insulation. Home automation helps us prevent energy waste and automate details for greater efficiency.
We have made choices to reduce the use of single-use plastics and ensure our cleaning products do not pollute the local waters. High-quality finishes and materials define the style of our hotel in Mira. By choosing our hotel, you will find a warm and welcoming environment, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay.
